⚠️ UK Regulations — Drainage
Drainage work affecting the public sewer system must comply with Building Regulations Part H and may require approval from the relevant water company under the Water Industry Act 1991. New drainage connections to the public sewer require consent from the sewerage undertaker. CCTV drainage surveys may be required before connection. Certain drainage work requires a Building Notice or Full Plans application.
